Deborah is amazing. The hydra derm will make you look years younger. I have had three. Its a wonderful treatment. She also does my lashes and they are awesome.

I had a voucher expiring soon for a hydrafacial from this place, so I called to make an appointment and asked the owner, Debra, how much time I should leave between a microdermabrasion plus chemical peel and a hydrafacial. She immediately went off into this rant about how she doesn’t understand people who do that stuff to their skin, how it defeats the purpose of getting a hydrafacial, how clueless we are, and how damaging those are to the face. I replied that my skin looks clearer and better than it has in years (in fact, mine looks better than HERS judging from that pic on her website!) and that my dermatologist said they are fine as long as I don’t get them too frequently. She said, «You’ll see the damage in the long term and she’s not a dermatologist. She’s an AESTHETICIAN.» I said, «I beg to differ. SHE is a LICENSED dermatologist.» Told her my doctor’s name and invited her to look her up. She hasn’t even seen my skin, so how is she just going to assume that it’s raggedy? I was amazed at how recklessly she was talking out the side of her neck about something she knows absolutely nothing about. And the fact that she was so vehement, yet utterly ignorant was downright laughable. Asserting that the other treatments are so harmful is totally ridiculous since she’s obviously unaware that microdermabrasion and acid peel comprise two parts of the hydrafacial treatment! ). I hung up in disbelief that this fool had actually sat there and ARGUED with me for five minutes in response to such a simple question. She even suggested I get a refund rather than come in for a facial. That was the only smart thing she said in the entire conversation. I did precisely that. In the time since I bought the Wrinkles Away voucher last year, I found Bella MD on Preston/​NW Hwy. I’d much rather keep going there for my hydrafacials anyway. They are professional, personable, courteous, respectful, and FAR more knowledgeable, and it’s a much nicer facility. If you get chemical peels and microdermabrasions, either don’t tell this clown OR tell her and see if she goes off on you too. LOL
