They did a great job after a tree fell on our house. They also replaced the roof on my in law’s house.

WR Roofing are great! They put a new roof on my Grandmother’s house in Dallas. My Grandmother thought Eric was very professional, kind, and understanding. He explained everything to her and answered every question she had. The crew was fast at getting the new roof on, but also was clean and gave great attention to quality. Usually you do not see all three of these qualities in a company. The roof looks great. She is so pleased with it. She received a few compliments from the neighbors about how nice the roof looks. I would recommend WR roofing to anyone.

The best company in town I have 5 houses and I have used WR for years always does a great job and the company does what they say they will do.

We love their customer service. We had a total replacement at our old house. They did an amazing job. All the workers are very nice and respectful. They did a great job cleaning up. At our current house our satellite was ripped off the roof leaving a major leak. They had someone out promptly after I called to do a temporary patch in the awful weather. The next day they repaired our roof. We are so thankful for their wonderful service. I highly recommend them. All of our friends and family have used them as well.

After a tornado hit my neighborhood, I called WR Roofing on the advice of a friend. They were out immediately to cover the damage until they could get back out within a matter of days. I wasn’t there for the actual roofing but there wasn’t a single piece of trash on the ground and they even mounted my satellite dish much better than before along with replacing the old turbine vents with much better quality electric ones. I would recommend them to anyone I know needing a roof.

This so NOT a Trustworthy Roofer. Worst Customer Service I have ever had. WR Roofing put a new roof on my house 2 years ago. I needed a certificate of completion so I could save $ 900 on my Home Insurance. I called for over a month with this very simple request and was never able to get anyone that could help me. Finley they told me they had lost a bunch of clients files when they moved offices and mine was lost so they could not provide me a certificate of completion. So not only have they lost my personal information but now they will not help me? Use a good roofer that will be there if you need something NOT WR Roofing. They were so nice when they wanted my business but now all they do is hang up the phone when I call and need something.

If you don’t care about good customer service and being treated with respect, then by all means use this company. The only good thing about them is the crew that came out to perform the work was very nice as well as the field supervisor who had to come out when the issues started. Other than that, I should have never have placed that initial call to them.
The woman who answers their phones is curt and abrasive. The woman who is in charge of the office has not a care in the world about you or any issues that may come up. Both of them are simply dismissive. However nothing can compare to the owner himself, William Rhodes. He never cared to find out what the issues were, he just called me a liar. He stated he could always tell when someone is lying because they get mad. After that I stopped taking his calls and only replied to his very lengthy text messages to bill me and that our business is finished. After I wrote up my initial review, others came forward to display their negative opinions of him and his business as well. This is when he went to his lawyers and had them draw up a letter threatening to sue me if I didn’t take down the bad reviews. Yes, I still have a copy of it. Not only that but he threatened to sue the other people who had voiced their displeasure. There are just too many companies out there to have to put up with his bullying tactics and terrible customer service. This is of course just my opinion.
