Apparently, extra seasoning means no seasoning on the fries. I’ve ordered extra seasoning on the fries the past 2 times I’ve been here and there is like no seasoning at all. I’ll forgive it once but twice and it’s disappointing. This place used to be amazing but not so much anymore. The chicken and fries I make at home are ten times better.

Ordered wings, got home. Missing 15 of the 50 wings… Called and told them we were missing the lemon pepper wings, said to come up and get the rest of the wings. Got here and they will not give us the wings of the right flavor because they HEARD us say Cajun. Still waiting up here because they will not give us the right flavor of wings. We left the store, still didn’t get 15 of lemon pepper.

I came in after a call in order, they said they had just received our order after waiting 30 minutes to pick it up. The associate was not sorry and made no attempt to make up for a ‘printer’ technology issue. They only told me about the delay after I paid for the older. I was upset due to his non-​understanding and demeaning attitude towards me, so I asked to speak to the manager, who was equally not understanding. He told me I could call corporate because it wasn’t their issue and did nothing to fix it. I ended up waiting, but will never return due to their negative attitudes and non-​customer oriented demeanors. They have failed to be respectful in the past, but this consistent negative experience leaves an lasting impression of nothing good and I never want to experience being belittled by their staff again.

I don’t eat WingStop much but tonight was horrible. It took an hour and 20 minutes to cook 40 wings and large fries. When time came around the wings were absolutely disgusting. The meat was almost uncooked and customer service was not the best. My tip to anyone coming here: Find somewhere else to eat or find another wingstop.

Worst Wing Stop! I have ordered here multiple times online and when I show up to get my order. Guess what? It is still sitting on there printer and they haven’t even started on it. This is crazy because when you order online your order should be ready.

Been coming here four about couple of months now since I started working at my new job. Customer service here good, I dont know why they say is bad. They know me pretty well every time I order through my app they know its me. They know my order is not to go even though I order online .
I always eat here before going to work. So far this place is good.

The manager on duty was extremely rude. I used to frequent this location, but haven’t been back since the manager made an issue about a cup of ranch. Buffalo Wild Wings is to close to put up with this location.

Cooked to Perfection!
These wings are really good, and we ate in for lunch. The downside is they are now pricey, but the wings were cooked to perfection. The sauces at Wingstop are wonderful, and the service was great. This location keeps all of the tables clean and wipes down each table after each customer leaves. The place is small, but they serve some very good wings. You walk in place your order and in around 10 minutes you get hot wings. They offer lunch packages with fries, and also you can take wings home with you. Again, the food is great, service is great! check this place out!
