Service is slow and customer service is even worse. Never go in the mornings because your order will never be right… Then the so called managers treat you like it’s your fault that your order is wrong… I really don’t know how this place is still in business… After reading the other reviews. I’m not alone.

They take so long really not worth it to wait. Most of the time the order is wrong and looks pretty nasty. Don’t waste your time!

Have visited this location several times and each time for the past three months the food has been horrible. The burgers have been lukewarm and the worst are the fries. They have been sitting out a long time, cold and either limp and greasy or chewy. No more chances with the location.

3 for food. Don’t care for the burgers. Like the food being brought to the table. Hate someone serving you ketchup and salt and pepper. Don’t understand the concept as opposed to self serve ketchup dispensers. May be the customer service and if that’s it — it works. 2 for the décor of the place. Needs a real facelift. 10 on customer service. We had these two high school folks we spoke to this afternoon. One is a football player at Legacy. Super nice young adults. We came in as the Cowboy game was on this afternoon had the opportunity to talk to him for a few minutes. Super young man. Hope his football career take off for him.

The food here is always good but their service is extremely slow especially around breakfast. One time we were stuck in line for over 20 minutes in the drive thru. Even when they aren’t busy they are extremely slow. Because of this, I have passed them up several times if I am on any type of time constraint.
