This store outperformed any other Sears store I’ve been to. The staff is genuinely nice and they do everything they can to help you out. We came in looking for a microwave since ours went out a couple days ago. They not only price matched Best Buy’s sale price, they actually beat it. Their level of customer service is above and beyond anything you would expect appliance shopping and best of all, they aren’t overly intrusive.

Well I would have to say that I am very happy with Sears appliance in Mansfield. My dryer went out 4 days A go laundry already stacking up had a repair man come out was going to charge me an arm and a leg to repair. Then he told me for that price I could just buy a new one.
But he went ahead and charged me 79.95 for a service call (not too happy) so I called Sears told them my story. So they told me to come down bring the repair receipt for the 79.95 and they would help me out. Well long story short got there they gave me $ 65 off of a brand-​new dryer that was regularly $ 999 marked down to 449+ $ 65 off that made it $ 384 plus tax it was last years model but I don’t care it looks like this year’s model and it’s brand new so for once the little guy came out a head I will be going back to Sears appliance for any future needs! Thank you Matthew (salesman) A plus he was not pushy
