Cable on our double door broke. You don’t realize how much you use and depend upon something until it breaks. We called King’s and they came out the same day and quickly fixed the problem. We were told that technician would be there around 6:00 PM, and we received a call around 5:30 saying that Mr King was on his way. We only needed one cable but they told us that both should be changed and that they come in sets and that there would not be additional cost so both were changed. Cost seemed reasonable. I hope to not need their service again for a long time but we’ll use them again. Thank you.
