FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Did you know fedex can’t ship to PO boxes? I mean, it makes sense since PO stands for Post Office, but I just hadn’t thought about it before. I learned from this very fedex location one cannot, in fact, ship to a PO box from a non-​Post Office. There’s your lesson for the day! This location is a few exits from my work, so any time I have shipping needs, this is where I come. Of course, unless it’s a PO box. But we already went through that. The staff here are incredibly friendly and know exactly what they are doing, or at least that has been my experience every time. The staff will even package up your shipment for you all nice and neatly for a small fee. Location was the initial reason I selected this fedex stop, but I will continue to come back because of the great, dependable service!

This location is smaller than the usual copy and print locations, located in a strip mall behind Home Depot. I’ve been coming here since it opened as it’s closer to home and not as congested at the I-​20/​Parks Mall location. There are usually one or two people behind the counter helping customers, taking FedEx packages, and doing production work. Since they are pretty busy, this location is more self-​service. If you have a good idea of what you need to do, and don’t mind clearing the occasional paper jam or stocking paper in the copiers, you can be pretty productive.

Just because the employees are busy, it doesn’t mean that they won’t help you out. They will happily answer your questions and give advice. Every store has its regular customers: contractors, teachers, business people, and the manager and workers take the time to get to know everyone and their needs.
