East Coast Limousine Service Inc

I am from California (grew up in Mansfield) and I wanted to book East Coast Limousine from Logan Airport to Franklin MA. I called their number three times on three different days and three different times. The recording said to leave a message and we (East Coast) will call you back. I NEVER got a call or text back. They might be closed down or maybe just poor customer service. Anyway, I will never know. If they are still in business I would question this companies reliability on providing service.

I hired East Coast Limo Service to take my parents out for an evening on the town in celebration of my mom’s birthday. The service was excellent, from the reservation process to the service itself. Setting up the reservation was great with Jean who took my reservation and ensured everything was set up correctly since I was reserving this from out of state. Jean emailed me confirmations and receipts promptly upon reservation and after the trip. On the day of the service, the limo driver arrived at my parents’ place 15 minutes early and provided excellent, courteous and friendly service during the entire evening. The limo itself was clean and in excellent condition and my parents had a fantastic evening. I have used many limo services and this one was by far one of the best to work with. Great service, great price (I shopped around and they are definitely the most cost effective) and excellent customer service. I would use East Coast again!
