Hadn’t been here in a long time and probably won’t go back. Was asked which pedicure I wanted 3 times after I had responded the first time, the pedicure was so rough that I jumped a couple of times because it hurt me, nail tech talked non-​stop with the other staff. Manicure resulted in nails trimmed so close on the sides that I had triangle nails. Stated that I wanted rounded more than once-​had to file them down once I got home. And did I mention that after she had used the cuticle nippers on me she stopped and trimmed a hangnail on herself?
