Jimmy John’s

Before I even moved to Mankato I was a loyal jimmy johns customer but this location ruined it all for me. They often take 30 plus min to deliver even tho I live less than a mile from the store and they are ALWAYS rude as if they have something better to do. The management is poor to miserable and they randomly close early some nights. Horrible service I will never eat jimmy johns again because of this specific location.

Always quick, always efficient food. Open late and the drivers are friendly. Honestly nothing else to say.

I love Jimmy John’s. They deliver to places on campus and take debit over the phone. However, a few days ago, I went in to get dinner for my friend and me, two beach clubs. I’ve had experience working with food, so I know the rules. I know that one of the most important ones is to wear gloves, especially when the food is ready to eat. Of the two people working, the girl started the sandwiches for us. After I paid, the guy went to help her finish making the sandwiches. Neither of them wore gloves the entire time. If you’ve been to JJ’s, you know that the sandwiches on the one side of the board are a LOT bigger. So, when they were done making them, they had to use practically their entire (BARE) hand to hold the insides of the sandwiches in while they folded it shut. I am VERY disappointed. The girl also had nail polish on, which is a big no-​no in food business. Tasted good, but I had a bad image of bare hands of strangers touching my food.
