Nice little RV campground. It is up on the hill over looking the Garden of the Gods. Close to historic manitou springs. The owners do prefer full timers over the weekend warriors but they are still friendly with you. From the looks of it there’s only 3 – 4 non-​full timer spots available right now. The upside is your are away from the city a bit with a great view. Everyone was friendly and we would definitely come back.
