Not typical Hampton Inn experience. It could be growing pains due to the inexperience of this new location but I am not hopeful. This was one of the worst experiences. Complete lack of basic customer service skills.

Not a good place. Staff is not experienced and general manager is absent and will not deal directly with customers. She hides behind her staff and puts them in difficult positions.
