This is the best chain fast food in Harlem.(PS Harlem Shake is NOT a chain fast food restaurant — be fair and compare them with Micky D’s and Popeyes and BK.) I go here at least once a week and it’s the ONLY fast food place I go to in Harlem. Sometimes there’s a hard core crowd ’cause it’s by the Ward’s Island bus — but there’s Metro North commuters there too. Food is consistently good. Staff is the best in the neighborhood.

This place owes me stars! I went in yesterday and the woman behind the counter looked at me and did not say a word. Understood it was busy but someone should have acknowledged me being there not a look open your mouth. After that I went to Harlem Shake and that’s the last time I’ll walk in THIS store.

Fan of Wendy’s in general. I just dont like that new horrific, artificial cheese they’ve put on the burgers. It’s disgusting. My food was fresh. Service was ok. Clean. Free WiFi at this location. Something has got to be done about the undesireables within the area, but it will happen. Must try their strawberry lemonade.

I don’t understand the two one-star reviews below. This new Wendy’s is the fast food godsend of East 125th Street. Trying to get food from any of the McDonald’s on 125th is like pulling teeth, and the one at 125th and Lex is like entering another circle of hell. This Wendy’s is such a breath of fresh air, and it’s right at the bus stop. Convenient, yet almost shockingly clean. I’ve never seen people loitering inside. It’s not 24 hours, but it’s open pretty late – I’ve stopped in after midnight. Best yet, it’s in what was for a very long time an abandoned storefront. It’s not often that you can say that a fast food restaurant revitalized a block, but I think this has. Jimmy and Devin have unrealistic expectations about fast food in Harlem.

hood service in a hood area. thats what i call this place. there is a station where you order then another station where you pay. i never heard of this before. the manager of the place got my order wrong. can you believe that? i said it 3 times no cheese, no cheese, no cheese. he puts it on his computer as no tomato. i get my order and she says no tomato. wendy has its downfall, you give these workers around the area a job but they dont hold up to the wendy name. its like ordering food at a local street cart or something, event they give better service.

Wendy’s is usually a pretty good option when considering fast food, but I’d leave this place off your stop in list. Walking in it seemed clean and there were about four people sitting around eating. I go over to the ordering area where the guy proceeds to ignore me and talks to one of the other guys. After he decides to take my order I don’t get my drink until he wants to get it for me, which is after my order came from the kitchen. There was an old man in front of me who ordered a chili, and never got a spoon. He comes over and asks the girl giving me my food for one, to which she replies«Ask someone else». He ended up asking 4 different people before getting one. Awful service.
