Not sure why this place has such terrible reviews… My husband I came through here around 10:45am one morning to get a quick bite before heading out of town. We ordered the Jalapeño Fresco spicy chicken sandwich. There was one other person ahead of us in the drive thru and it took a few minutes longer then I thought it would considering there was only one other car ahead of us. The first cashier to take our money was friendly and the transaction was fast, the second cashier to give is our sandwiches was extremely positive and friendly and we got our food right away when pulling up. The sandwiches were at perfect temperature and very tasty! This sandwich is very spicy and a great addition to the Wendy’s menu!

I just went to this Wendy’s and it was horrible. I checked my food while I waited in the drive through and when I noticed it was wrong I couldn’t get their attention. I knocked at the window and honked the horn but they were too busy fixing their hair. After I finally got their attention and explained the mistake the old lady working got snotty about fixing it. A few minutes later I noticed that they didn’t give me a receipt. I went through the same process to get their attention and when she finally did open the window she treated me like a liar and ask for the bag. Realizing her mistake she made a new receipt and gave it to me with the burger and no bag. I was so irritated that I just left bagless and mad. Beware

Avoid this Wendy’s, drive to another one if you really must have your Wendy’s fix because this one is consistently bad. I thought the first time might have been a fluke, so I foolishly returned another time. Big mistake. Same problem both times, cold burgers with a fragment of wilted lettuce. Cold, old french fries. It is obvious that the worker don’t care at all that this is something you’re supposed to eat and enjoy; and the management doesn’t oversee their workers. How does a business owner let their shop run this way? After the last disgusting experience I thought I’d go back and complain, perhaps help them improve. Let them figure it out for themselves, I just came on Unilocal to warn you all away. If you have a better experience, please post it, maybe I just got unlucky twice.
