I have only bought products from here. But if I lived in NY, this is where I’d be going to get my facials. The customer service is impeccable. The staff is quite knowledgable when you describe to them your skin care concerns. Also, they are quote generous with samples even when you place small order. Vickie Morav knows what she’s doing!

Such lovely, generous customer service. I ordered Biologique Recherché products from here and emailed the staff with a few questions re: products suited to my skin type. Got a prompt, personalized, ever-​so-​sweet (and helpful!) response. Will certainly be ordering from them again.
