The Cinsational Dancer

I wanted to hire Cinsational Dancer to choregraph my wedding dance by ordering a promotion online. When I tried to redeem my voucher, it took a month to figure out a date to book the appointment. I had to keep following up with the company because they were very unprofessional in communicating with their customer. When some unfortunate events occurred to the choregrapher’s family, I was told the appointment which took a month to book had to be postponed. I waited 2 weeks and it was quickly getting close to the wedding and I had to continuously follow up to book the appointment. It got to the point where I just wanted to get my money back which they agreed to send back to me. It has now been over a month, the wedding is over (where I ended up choreographing my own dance) and I have still not received my refund. I have sent 5 emails and there have been no response.
I recommend that if you even think to book with them, especially for your wedding, you should think again. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE, FRUSTRATING company I have ever had to deal with.
If I could rate a negative number, I would. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
