Ted Baker London

I generally love this place. I have gotten several items before. I realize that I was looking like I just rolled out of bed the day I entered. I was looking for a pair of gloves and a beanie. I walked in and nobody acknowledged my presence which was fine but then as I’m looking at the accessories a sells associate starts following me and looking at me weird like I’m going to steal. He asks me if I need help with anything, I tell him what I need and I choose quickly because I feel uncomfortable and I go to the register and pay. His help would not have affected me if there weren’t other shoppers there. I felt singled out. Which is funny because I actually love shopping no need to steal at Ted Baker it’s no Gucci or Prada I can easily afford it. Plus I just don’t need to steal! Anyways I’m done being profiled by what the stores think a decent person should look like. I have worked retail I know what these associates are doing. His name on my receipt says Smith so buddy you’re not gonna stop me from shopping where I like too and every time I encounter a person like yourself I will call you out and write a review.

I love Ted Baker. Especially for a tall, skinny dude like myself. for what they are, I wish they were a little more open to customization rather than straight off the rack sales. The prices are very affordable for the type of clothes. There are both men’s and women’s clothes.
The sales people were very nice and helpful unlike the one uptown.
If I ever meet the interior designer, I would probably kick him or her in the shins, because the store plays mind games with you circulating around it.

love ted baker. love brygite (sp?) — the manager at this store. went in tonight for a special promo, and she was so helpful — ordered shoes from another store to be couriered, smiling and laughing the whole time — so pleasant to shop there.

Absolutely gorgeous clothes here. Whenever I’m in a Ted Baker store, I find at least one item I fall in love with. The staff here were very attentive as well!

a thousand dollars later, i can say that i liked the clothes in ted baker. the shirts were way over-​priced but they were unique and i guess they run some shirts in a kind of «limited edition» which means you probably won’t run into anyone with the same shirt but you pay through the nose for the privilege. i liked the styles and the shoes were awesome for the price. for whatever reason, their shirts and pants were expensive but their shoes were cheap relative to other european brands of comparable quality. so the bargain on the shoes semi-​made up for the cost of the shirts. will definitely stop by the ted baker in SF when i get a chance. the staff was very nice and super-​helpful as well. kudos in general to the TB.

Ted Baker is pretty reasonably priced for the meatpacking area. I own quite a few of his dresses/shirts/skirts/bags/shoes…well, everything, really!
When I walked in wearing my own sundress that was under $ 200 (I know; what a scandal) I was all but ignored by one pleasant salesgirl. She was actually quite helpful; the issue was the other customers and sales staff in the place.
I’m a woman with a few curves, and the others looked like they could have used a cheeseburger or two. Next to the two emaciated waifs in the store who seemed to be receiving superb customer service, I did not feel comfortable at all. I’d never experienced this before at Ted Baker since they carry sizes 1 – 4, and I fall anywhere between 2 – 3 in their sizes. Nothing was on sale either, which was a bit disappointing, since many of his clothes have inflated prices to begin with.
I felt so uncomfortable by the silent daggers from the two emaciated women that I finally left. Next time, I’ll stick to the Soho store; no offense to the girl who helped me, but it just was not conducive for spending money here.
