THE WORST!!!
I had an issue with my heater valve, which I replaced myself.
I had called them to check if everything was fine.
They gave me a time estimate between 10am and 11am on a weekday and arrived at 2:30pm with no apologies whatsoever.
The guy came in and charged me $ 125 as a service for for 5 minutes and saying that the valve was fine.
I called their office to confirm this and the lady who answered the phone mentioned that the service fee was $ 85. And I told her that the guy just charged me $ 125. She put me on hold and then after a minute mentioned that the actual service charge is $ 125. (sounds kinda shady)
To top this all, I had my wrench next to the heater, which the guy conveniently managed to put in his backpack. When I confronted him about it, he managed to give it back, still trying to say that it could be his. When I told him that I would produce a receipt and things could get messy, he actually handed it back to me.
