StarChoice is top notch! I needed dog walking services but was nervous about trusting someone to come into my home when I wasn’t there. Not only do I trust them, they text pictures every day while walking my dog to assure me that they came and that she is taken care of. They are very considerate, respectful, and reliable. Their rates are competitive as well.

I normally do not write Unilocal reviews, but for StarChoice Services, I am making an exception.
I am so pleased with the service we have and continue to receive. Any pet owner out there knows your pet is like family. We have StarChoice care for our dog while we were away and they were wonderful. Even when we called last minute before the Holidays, they went out of their way to accommodate us allowing us to travel knowing that our dog was in great care.
Before you leave, StarChoice stops by for an initial visit. I was so pleased with how detailed they were. We went over everything about our dog. It was a lot, but since our dog is a member of the family, I would not want anything less. They truly make sure they know every detail. I was so impressed. While we were away, we were consistently texted pictures of our dog out on a walk and were updated on how he was doing. It is so comforting to know your dog is in good hands while you are away. There is no doubt in my mind that I will continue to utilize StarChoice and would HIGHLY recommend them!

Chris and Asia From StarChoice were fantastic. I had them come yesterday a deep cleaning and the follow up to ensure that I was satisfied was above and beyond. The fact that they quote and clean until a job is done right, rather than a per hour fee with overtime rates when they go over the quoted time is the BEST.

I am always nervous living my cats alone when I am away and they do not seem to enjoy the kennel. StarChoice offered me the perfect alternative — personable and reliable staff coming to my apartment to take care of the cats. They service is wonderful and I can tell by how content the cats look when I come back. There is also a personal touch with a little toy or a picture of the pets left for either the cats or me to enjoy!

I’ve been using Star Choice dog walking service for a week now and I am extremely satisfied and pleased with their professionalism, courteousness and reliability. I can’t stress enough how thoughtful and pleasant they are to deal with. Even things that I had not thought of, they were quick to offer. And that makes me very happy as a customer, to know that a business you are dealing with goes above and beyond what you had expected.
They have different dog walking packages for whatever your needs. My dogs need to be walked once a day, M-​F for 30 minutes, while I’m at work. They are prompt, and keep constant communication; they can be reached at any given moment either with the dog walker him/​herself or the main office. You are never in the dark should you have any questions. They even offer to text a picture of my dogs being walked every day to assure me that they are out n’ about! I hadn’t even thought of this, but is a courtesy they provide if you want it. Pretty cool.

My experience with StarChoice was wonderful. The staff is so professional. I loved how they took care of my things like was there personal items. I had them clean my apartment so that when I brought home my new born she could come home to a nice, clean home. And they did just that. Thank you StarChoice.
