1 of my fav Starbucks locations around NYC! Everyone is always smiling whether it’s 6am or 6pm in the evening everyone is always smiling and warm. There’s some days i go in with a drink in mind and then one of the baristas ask if they can make me something special and they never fail me. A great team of people work at this location.

Has an amazing parfait and French roast this past Sunday. Pleasant quiet morning sans the usual squatters with laptops. My only issue with this and other Starbucks is the bathroom is disgusting. Like«I was going to lose my lunch» disgusting. Instead of talking about race(as suggested last year) they should be talking about not being so damn nasty.

This Starbucks sucks. We came in and ordered a venti blonde roast. Oh, we don’t have that in today. After they made our coffee, a «regular» came in and guess what… he ordered a venti blonde roast and that’s what he got. I ordered a tall salted caramel latte. After waiting for three guests behind us in line, because they were regulars as well, I finally got my latte. Which was nothing but foam. No coffee. I asked why and the girl just looked at me like I was crazy. And started making the next batch of coffee. The Starbucks near this area suck. No one seems to care unless you are a regular. Stay away from crappy, over priced coffee.

Great Starbucks ! Stuff is very friendly, polite and helpful. Easy to listen music and available(in the morning) to sit tables that are arranged right way. Beautiful interior design with black ceiling and brown colors. Great place, lovely …

Coffee was fine, staff was unfriendly, and bathroom was disgusting. Outlets are also scarce if you’re looking to plug in somewhere. I will avoid this location in the future.

Needed a place to warm up after a cold trip through Central Park. Staff was super nice and went above and beyond to make our visit very pleasant.

Sunday at 12, it took 10 minutes to get an egg sandwich, had to ask a second time and when it did arrive the egg was refrigerator cold. Maybe it needed a few more seconds in the microwave? No smiling staff at this Starbucks, disappointing.

This Starbucks had 4 people working– 2 people making drinks, 1 cashier, and 1 man walking around doing nothing. The line was out the door from when we walked in until when we left. Took us 20 – 25 mins to order and get our drinks at 3PM! This isn’t rush hour– it was 3:00. The cashier had to leave her register to start making drinks, but at least she knew what she was doing. The older woman who was the barista had to ask me how I wanted my drink even though it was written on the cup from the cashier when I ordered. If I can read Starbucks short hand I think the fine folks who work there should be able to as well. Anyway– my drink was ok, not the best I’ve ever had from a Starbucks. But honestly I’ve seen 2 people run a Starbucks better than these 4…

Decent sized Starbucks, quick and friendly baristas. I was able to get a table here on a Wednesday afternoon and do some work for 2 hours.

Alex P. and I happened upon this particular Starbucks on our way out of Central Park. It’s worth noting it’s one of the few locations within walking distance from where the park starts, and it was completely uncrowded enough for us to get a table on our Saturday afternoon. It’s also worth noting that the manager(who probably wasn’t even there) properly displayed business cards, allowing me to easily locate this place on Unilocal to provide a review. They also had one of those fancy iTunes machines(I now realize that many locations DON’T have that, so I’m excited when they do) as well as the iTunes digital download cards. If the Starbucks I’m on doesn’t have ‘em? I get really mad. I much prefer Dunkin Donuts over the the whole S-bux in the great coffee debate, but I can be talked into going to one by who I’m with. We also like REALLY needed coffee at that point to keep going(this was right before we headed into Brooklyn). It was quiet, a nice atmosphere to recharge mid-day in mid-town before venturing out again. Recommended.

Store #7698. Working in this area for four years going on five, Starbucks has briefly became an osais during stressful ordeals. I rate this location three stars due to it ever long haul bread line yet insufficient staff to attend customers. This Starbucks sits directly next door to Kate’s Paperie. The restroom is thankfully open to the public. This location has capablities of: * wireless hotspot available * oven-warmed food * iTunes Wi-Fi music
