I was seated quickly after choosing my color and my pedicure is going on 3 weeks, 1 full week at the beach! I’ll definitely go back. Thank you!

Really overpriced — which is fine by me so long as I get the quality of service I pay for. They charged me for removing my polish, which I actually did myself while she did my toes? I checked afterwards on their service menu and NOwhere does it mention a polish removal charge… Anyway, she did my nails, but the end product was streaked and my cuticles are a disaster. Its been less than a week since I had them done and the polish is almost gone. I work a desk job to put this in perspective. so beyond occasionally typing up and email I’m not using my hands intensively. Also? My nails are short, so there is just no plausible reason for the amount of chipping and peeling that is going on. Bottom line: Just wasn’t great. Won’t be going back. Do not recommend it.

I went with my friend on a Sunday afternoon and we were immediately taken(although it was Easter Sunday, so I don’t know if that’s normal). I did the regular mani/pedi, and I thought the woman I had did a great job. Everyone was extremely nice, and when I asked for anything specific(please scrub here, please cut this, etc), she gladly obliged. I would return to Serendipity.

Maria and Bina are fantastic– they listen, take your cuticules in the appropriate way and are fast. I give them 5 stars. the other ladies here could use more training. Nail polish colors are very diversified and great. Book ahead for Maria and Bina!

I was on the Upper East Side one Saturday morning with time to kill while a friend was having a health procedure done, when I came across Serendipity Spa on Third Avenue &70th Street. There was no wait, and the price was right — $ 16 for a basic manicure. Definitely will return to this or one of their other locations when in the area. They also offer massage and skincare services. Win-win.

Awesome foot massage – but basic pedicure. Vs dashing diva(same price – but more care to the foot)

I am a regular customer at Seredipity. I have been going there for over a year. I go to Emily. The place is clean and I am always treated nicely. They are a few more dollars than some of the other local places but they are worth it. I get my mani/pedis and massage there. They never rush the services.

This is my go-to place for clean, relaxing, professional and consistent manis/pedis. The employees are so accommodating and sweet despite some minor language barriers. Also the massages here are incredible!.. the best way for me to relieve some stress. Yes, the prices are a bit higher but it is worth it to know that I will be receiving quality treatment.

Over priced and generally really awkward. The lady next to me asked for a new set of tools(in the sanitary packaging) and the technician threw a passive aggressive fit. I’m not even sure if mine opened a new package but she did protest when I tried to use a card. A $ 20 minimum is a little excessive. Will not be going back.

I am furious. I went here with my cousin to get mani pedi’s they gave me the spa version when that isn’t what I asked for I asked for the package! Then they charged me a RIDICILOUS amount for my service and when I got my eyebrows done it was 39!!! This place was a rip off the services we NOT that great and in addition the just took advantage! There are other places that are FARFAR better with MUCH better value!!!

I am pleased with this latest branch of Serendipity — they dyed my eyelashes and I got a ten minute massage from Candy, who is excellent. Like the original location, they have a very professional setup, with proper private rooms for treatments fitted with nice music and comfortable beds. Though this location is tiny, it is still equipped for full service. I love new york for having places like this! I wish that my points card from Serendipity 84 worked at other locations, which is why i deducted a star. Also, their prices keep going up. They are probably one of the most expensive walk in salons in the area.
