This looks like an interesting business concept and I wanted to learn more about what they do and talk about possible partnering. I was told by reception the person to talk to is Angela. I literally called 6 times over nearlya year and waited over a month for a return call not getting it, so it wasn’t that they were busy one day, it was she would delete calls on a voicemail in which she promises a call back with no intention of ever doing so, multiple times. I politely asked who to talk to about a certain business to business area, and was told she was the one. I literally waited over a month 6 times and finally made a note to call back and not expect a call back as they don’t have courtesy to remember to return calls, even though her greeting promises a call back «as soon as possible». She finally called me back, only to scream at me and curse, using foul language and threatening to call the police, saying she didn’t want to talk to me. No apology for going over a month multiple times not returning a polite phone call or email, no I’m sorry I got busy, no putting it to the next day’s list to make sure not to forget, just get a message, ignore/​delete it, get mad if anyone ever complains. I left a message with the receptionist as she was so negligent and irresponsible.
I went to the time and trouble to leave a voicemail 5 times and didn’t receive a return call not just within a day or two, but at all, ever, even though the greeting promised it.
I would not advocate doing business with them. They don’t even return calls within a month. I wouldn’t trust any company that doesn’t have a system in place where people whose voicemails promise a call back remember to actually do what they promise. And to take it personally and yell and curse at me, and I’d never spoken with her, just politely left a message and waited six times. Very disappointed in this behavior. As if I did something wrong by taking her vociemail greeting at it’s word and following the receptionist’s telling me she was the one I needed to speak with.
They’ll probably talk to you if they need you, but are not nice people overall and don’t believe in doing what their greeting says, and think it’s OK to curse at you if you expect them to. I can’t imagine you’d get anywhere if you ever needed a refund or complex help with a difficult issue. Very disappointed at least in Angela. I will never contact them again as long as she is with the company.
All she had to do was respond to the time and trouble to leave a message once and call me and be polite, but that’s too much to ask. I haven’t had good experiences working with companies so stretched for time and understaffed they can’t even do that. Sorry to trouble you, but I was going to make some investments and wanted to also talk about how the business works and what you do, but now I will just use any other site where a real person actually returns a call when asked to, or if they don’t and finally do, are polite and don’t use foul language and scream. I haven’t been treated this rudely … ever, I can’t remember a time, shocking.
