Royale Marketing

We went to the NYE event and it was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. We had a group of nine people and paid over $ 150 each for open bar and an event for 5 hours. We waited in line for almost two hours and didn’t get in until 1115 for an event that started at 930. The workers tried to scam us for more money to move us up in line and kept changing the price. We finally got in and it was so jammed pack that no one could move. They packed as many people as they could fit in this venue. We left after a half hour because everyone was so fed up and no one got a single drink. The staff was all very unhelpful and rude and very poor event planning for Royale Marketing. Never go to this, almost ruined our friends 30^th birthday.
