I don’t understand why this is not way more popular…30 very bearable minutes and I am sore the next day as though I was training with a bootcamp instructor for a couple hours. At first the vibration is a bit much but after a couple classes you can really see your muscles and body toning up and you find yourself used to the vibration. LOVELOVELOVE!

Came here for a treatment in the Hyperbaric Chamber and have never felt better! I was a bit nervous because it was such a departure from anything I have ever done but afterward I felt amazing and energized!!!

I came here last Fall through a GiltCity voucher for 5 power plate sessions. It wasn’t bad, I liked it. They schedule sessions in 30 min increments.(They have a convenient online scheduling system). You do a workout while you stand on these power plates, a giant vibrating platform. The idea is that you are constantly engaged as you have to balance and stabilize yourself on these vibrating plates while you perform certain moves like squats, bicep curls, crunches, etc. It’s a little pricey but I would recommend it. Especially if you want to get a quick workout in 30 mins. They just renovated their space last week so I have not been in yet to see the newly re-done space.

Fun place to do power plates. I had never heard about it till a neighbor suggested it. I plan on signing up after the 35.00 intro which gave me 3 classes. They also offer some bizarre lipo-light and stuff. I don’t believe in that stuff so I won’t be buying into to it but the classes for sure.
