Terrible company to order online from, plus the customer service line is more like, «here, I’ll waste another week of your time, even after your first two calls and tell you that your item got back ordered again then tell you that we already credited your purchase back to your account. Oh and wait, had you not called, you probably would be waiting on your bean bag chairs slip cover forever. I’ll also have you call at 1÷7÷16 at 11pm to stay on the phone for 30 minutes and wait for it, you want to speak to the manager?! You can but tomorrow, since none of them are picking up!» Here you go! The utmost worst service I have ever experienced, ever!

I ordered 3 personalized lap desks for my 3 granddaughters. They all arrived gift wrapped in nice festive red and white paper and a nicely sealed now but there is NO indication or label that tells me which one belongs to whom? A little common sense please!

This Pottery Barn Teen has impeccable service! I made many visits before deciding to buy a bed and mattress here and each time I was given more thoughtful information. They are also willing to help you get the best deal you can(buying at PBTeen vs the adult store is already a money-saver). Check out the new Emily & Merritt line!

This NYCPB store is very, very small. It is one full room like the size of my living room and a half room like the size of a large bathroom. I went up to PB Teen to get some items that I had seen online. They didn’t have much in stock. I should have stayed home and ordered it online. At the store, the employee said they would have it shipped to me for free… but it already had free shipping. The items were sent five days later — no expedited shipping even though they were out of stock. The service was good in the store — they had 4 associates working the room and a half. Still, I wished I hadn’t wasted my time going to the store.
