On Time Steam Cleaning did a great job cleaning my wool rug which was super dirty from my dog and toddler. Looks brand new now. They were very punctual and called 10 mins before my scheduled time to make sure I was home. Fast and friendly service. Reasonable prices, but make sure you specify if you have a wool rug, because it is a different method of cleaning. Would definitely use On Time again!

My first carpet cleaning, had a wool rug that was about as stained w/​dog pee as possible (don’t even ask). I spoke with the owner on the phone (Ruben?), and he was really professional and gave me a really good deal. I had spent a lot of time researching, so knew the ball park we would be in and On Time gave me a great price. Picked up the carpet the next day exactly on time, which is saying a lot. I just got the rug back today, it looks (and smells) great, and again, the delivery guy came exactly when he said he would. I will definitely call On Time again. Two thumbs up!

I was extremely impressed with On Time Steam Cleaning! My carpet is a light tan color and they were able to get mostly everything out, including high traffic areas, pet stains and odors. They arrived on time and were super professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
I bought a Groupon and left a few message, lastly I sent an email and Dave called me to book the appointment. He gave an appointment 3 weeks out, on the day before Thanksgiving, I was concern that the carpet wouldn’t be dry for thanksgiving, but it was!!! I am guessing that because it was so close to thanksgiving they were seriously booked and couldn’t give me anything sooner. Dave took his time answering all my questions (like why it was more than I initially thought). He explained that Groupon does not cover the different cleaning solution he’ll have to use to remove pet stains and odors. He assured me it would be worth it and he was right!!! I was thrilled with how it looked after his staff was finished. Once the carpet dried some spots resurfaced. When I called Dave regarding the resurfaced spots he explained my pet stains had saturated through to the padding but when I was ready to replace the carpet and padding he would be able to help me. He was honest and helpful. I am putting his number on speed dial.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have now used On Time Steam Cleaning more than four times. They have been a pleasure to deal with and their workmanship is superb. They have cleaned everything from my son’s filthy carpet that other cleaners had unsuccessfully tried to clean to my marble floor. They also cleaned, disinfected, and repaired three of my mother’s very expensive Stark Carpets which had been infested with carpet bugs. When the carpets came back I was amazed; they looked like they were brand new. Aside from the quality of the work, the most outstanding thing about them was how considerate and accommodating they were, especially with my 84 year old mother. Finally, I have found their prices to be very fair and reasonable.

This is my first time using any cleaning company. I have a one year old couch that got some bad stains after a moving company guy grapped the cushions with dirty sweaty hands. I tried to get them out with a spray cleaner but ended up with large discolorations.
I am so happy that I called on-​time steam cleaning. They were prompt, friendly and efficient.
They cleaned every square inch of the couch throughly and after a couple hours of drying, it looked band new! I am seriously impressed with the outcome and will definitely use them in the future for my carpet and bathroom. I highly recommend On Time Steam Cleaning!

We had 3 high traffic hand knotted wool rugs that I thought were beyond cleaning and repair but OTSC assured me they could do the job and they did! Reuben and his team are friendly, trustworthy and deliver what they promise. They cleaned, repaired and stored our rugs until we were in our new home. We were so happy with the results that we decided to have a cherished antique rug that was badly eaten by moths in family storage cleaned, cut and rebound. I would not trust my rugs to anyone else but Reuben and his team.

I purchased a Unilocal deal for this company. They were right on time, professional and did a tremendous job at cleaning out the tile and grout in both of my bathrooms. I will take advantage of their rug and sofa cleaning services in the future.

This was my first time using On Time Steam Cleaning and I must say that I am super satisfied!
I had scheduled an appointment for them to come today (August 7) and I was a little late on my part. Angel was so gracious and he was also so patient. He came by super early around 11am and I was not home (I was at work). If he was a different person or if it was a different company, I guarantee you that they would have left within an hour. He waited 2 hours for me to arrive and that shows commitment and dedication and I thank him for that :)
When he arrived, he made an assessment, told me the price, and started the work promptly after I had approved. My carpeted hallway and stairwell was so filthy and Angel took care of it. He cleaned it so well that there is a HUGE difference. A CLEAN difference :)
The service he provided was amazing and I will definitely use them again and request for Angel. The prices are affordable, they are willing to work with you, and if you have any questions, they are more than willing to help you.

I would like to say that Angel was an amazing one-​man show and gave great service above and beyond. I can’t say much for the owner though, he yelled at me on the phone. Also their telephone service was really very poor. I kept calling to confirm the appointment but no one was ever available to take the call or call back.

This is the second time I’ve used On Time, and they were just as excellent as the first time.
They deep-​cleaned my rugs and my bathroom tile. Never again will use a toothbrush to get my bathroom grout back to the way it was originally – I will call On Time!
They were punctual and efficient, and the outcomes were outstanding.

THE BEST! My dog has been peeing on the same spot of my area rug for 2 years now. After about a jug of vinegar, and baking soda, and multiple other pet stain removal products, I finally called in a pro. I got a few estimates from local carpet cleaners and they were all insanely expensive. Then I called Reubin. Not only was he SUPER informative, reassuring, knowledgeable and honest, he was also HALF price of the others! Literally half the price. He came in, picked up the carpet, and even gave me some free advice on how to fix the hardwood floor which was now also damaged from the urine. Less than a week later he brought the carpet back smelling like new. So happy with this service. I am moving in 2 weeks, and I’m already going to schedule them to come back to my new apartment to clean the rest of my carpets. I would recommend to anyone!!!

The task I was assigned in my first few days as Office Manager at my new job was to find a GREAT carpet cleaning company to do wonderful job cleaning our office carpets before a big event. Thanks to Unilocal,I found Reuven!
After a last minute schedule change on my end, Reuven accomodated our needs with his team and delivered the unexpected. I am still in shock by how amazing our entire office looks.
After almost 10,000sf of carpet, plus a couple chairs, our carpet is GORGOUS. It is like new and took just under 4 hours with only 3 guys at the task. All stains, including ones made by our previous carpet cleaning company were removed. There is no «wet dog» smell because of the high quality machines and high steam technique they use. Plus, the carpet is only lightly damp, which allows for very quick drying.
On Time Steam Cleaning will now be our ONLY carpet & furniture cleaners.

Guess whose 20 gallon fish tank exploded on her prized Agra… this girl’s! So I did what any intelligent woman would do, bring it to the roof to dry– but then it rained… all night.
Cue to the superhero music… I spent my sleepless hours trolling Unilocal and Groupon to find Reuben and Dave. Despite it being a Sunday morning, the guys came out and picked-​up my carpet to bring to their facility.
It would have been great had the very basic steam cleaning offered in the Groupon been sufficient to bring my angry Agra back to its beauty, but let’s face it… it was water logged and needed the love, expertise and time to be restored. I was unable to shop around for prices, but knew how much an old roommate had paid for similar services a few years ago. Their price was fair– period.
Reuben and Dave delivered. The carpet looks gorgeous! As a former NYC business manager, you realize that quality service and products come with a price. Luckily, the cost wasn’t the health of my 15 year-​old Agra…

These guys were great!
I had the living social deal for a couch steam cleaning and had made an appointment a month in advance. They showed up on time without me having to call to confirm and even upgraded me to a full deep cleaning for a great price! The service was fast and my sofa looks brand new, no stains left! Will definitely give them my business again.
