Single females alone in the house getting a lock fixed, prepare to be condescended to.
This guy insisted that I needed to have my cylinder replaced when in fact I knew that was not the case and I had keys that worked. The thing I needed him to repair he couldn’t because he didn’t have the right size washer for the inside handle. Meanwhile, after trying to intimidate me he fixed the key not turning problem in exactly 2 minutes; no cylinder replacement necessary.
Even after I agreed to pay $ 102 after tax for the privilege, he kept trying to argue with me. Finally I had to be like «I am paying you. Do you want to get paid or not?» before this guy would shut up and get down to the business of grossly overcharging me.
