I really have nothing to say, the rate bare says it all. I use them all the time and it seems like they are only getting better with time like good wine. I must admit the new staff I have been dealing with are much more reliable then the ones from 3 years ago. yes I have been with them even longer then that. I like there services so much I opened an account. Its rare to find clean cars like theirs and safe for my family and so friendly. I recommended them to every one I know, have heard nothing but good things.

This company is unethical, unprofessional and rude. I had reservations and paid for a 7 passenger SUV and was picked up in a sedan. The driver had us sit on top of each other, grown adults. I plan to file a lawsuit, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and file a police report against this terrible, unscrupulous, and thief of a organization.
We were running late for our flight that morning so there was not much we can do but to stack on top of each other, along with our luggage. It was a nightmare of a ride to the JFK.
To begin with, they picked us up from JFK and drove us to Manhattan. They gave the driver the WRONG address, so he spent AN HOUR looking for our hotel and finally got us there. It’s fine, I mean, the scheduler gave him the wrong address, so we forgave him thinking it was a simple mistake.
WRONG. This company operates on mistakes. They need to get their act together.
We were picked up on Sunday, to our HORROR, a 5 passenger sedan pulled up. Not only did they not account for 7 passengers, they conveniently disregarded the fact that we all had luggage. It was truly unbelievable.
The driver seemed outraged that the dispatcher or scheduler — JENNIFER, had given him the wrong information (again), and he encouraged us to call and complain.
I called and spoke with the manager — PETER, who was unhelpful in any way. Just useless. He said the only person who can give us a refund or any type of credit or give a care is the owner — AMRO. I have been calling them for 4 weeks now to no avail. Every time I called, he was either on the phone, out of the office, in a meeting, eating lunch… anything but talk to his customer. Wow. I have never seen an owner of an organization so UNCARING about his business and reputation.
All I wanted was to speak with him, but he continues to dodge my calls and email.
I would like to share my horror story with everyone so that they are well informed of what type of service (of lack of) you can expect to get when you call NY Limo Trans.
Do not call NY LIMO TRANS for a ride, as you will be sadly disappointed and violated with this mickey-​mouse of a company.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They were a no-​show to take me to JFK on a rainy Sunday. Their job is simple: take reservation, pick up on time. An exceptional job would involve superior customer service. A no-​show in this business is unacceptable. And they weren’t even apologetic. They acted as if I must have made it up since they didn’t see the reservation in the system. They took all my credit card info, too, so I’m also going to have to check for mysterious charges. Horrible. And over-​priced. Do not use them, use the 7 service, they’re great. They just didn’t have any drivers available this time.
