TURN AND RUN!!! By far the sketchiest operation in the whole of New York City. They had my macbook air for nearly a month and I feared for most of that time I would never see it again. Upon going to collect the laptop, they said ‘sorry, we actually didnt fix it’ and reason was ‘the guy we shipped it to couldn’t fix it’. Originally they handed me someone elses laptop that was all scratched up and I said you did THIS to my laptop? I walked out and something felt totally wrong. so went back and showed them it was the wrong serial number. Then they disappeared for a few mins and I burst into the technicians room to see my computer opened sprawled on the table.
Holy crap do NOT go to this place. Please.

Terrific service and work INCLUDING picking up my IPAD and returning it with new glass – all in an hour’s time! They also could not have been nicer and the price was great. It doesn’t get any better than that! Many thanks for a job superbly done! Gayle

EXCELLENT WORK! These guys are amazing. I went on my lunch break to get my cracked iPhone fixed and it literally took less than 20 minutes. Before I can finish my crossword puzzle the guy was finished. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who has a broken phone. The work is efficient and quick! Apple charges 145.00 to ship your phone away and your left without a phone for at least 3 days, these guys will have you in and out!
