Cool, lofty event space with a nice view of the Hudson river, a bar area, a DJ booth/​VIP area on an elevated level, at least 3 bathrooms (1 of which has a shower stall), lots of space to work with, and probably more amenities that I didn’t see.
I came here for a Skyy Vodka holidayy partyy which Knitta was commissioned to promote/​decorate for. (It was a fun first art installation for me to partake in!)
1 sloped wall looks like it’s for photo shoots, 2 large doors can separate part of the space if needed, possibly 1 piano (if it stays in the space, but maybe it was a rental). I really like the DJ booth/​VIP area being on a higher level. (I’ve often dreamed of living in a loft with different levels.)
An elevator on the side of the bldg takes you straight to their space on the penthouse (4^th floor).
Would recommend for your next big event!
