WALL STREET, NY
The worst lot on the West Side. Maybe in all of Manhattan. 25 minutes to drop vehicle off; 40 minutes to retrieve. Expensive rates, surly staff and they drive the vehicles like they are trying to set land speed records. My car wasn’t scratched but the vehicle right behind us pulled up with a new dent. I will NEVER park here again, ever.

This lot was unbelievably AWFUL! I had to wait 10
minutes to get my ticket and was almost late for my play. Then, when I went to pick up the car, I had to wait ONE HOUR to pay, with no correction to the exorbitant $ 47 rate and then wait another ONE hour for my car. Add to that, a number of people behind me in line got their cars first. You’d have to be crazy to park here. Worst ever!!!

Ridiculously slow service. Nearly $ 50 to park isn’t bad enough, it’s NYC — I get it and that’s what it costs. It took over 40 minutes to retrieve my car. Unacceptable. Poor rude slow service. Never again

I park at this icon parking as the offer coupon on the envelopes you get you theater tickets, cost then is 25 for 12 hrs. Easy in on 49 or 50 th street If u get there when the theaters let out expect to wait for your car.

These guys are the worst. I brought my brand new luxury car in which didn’t even have license plates. Paid a huge amount for monthly parking. By day 3, there were HUGE scratches on both bumpers and my RIM was completely scratched. Its currently in the body shop they use for claims, so this obviously happens a lot. Avoid at all costs, they suck.

We saw a show nearby, and the ticket came with a coupon for 12hrs for $ 25, not a terrible deal (on a side note I know two much cheaper lots around the corner, but they were both full, so we went with the coupon). The lot gets ridiculously crowded, I assume because all of the shows in the neighborhood direct their guests to this garage.
There were long lines, but they were very well organized and the lines moved quickly. I was very happy with my experience.
