It was my first iPhone screen crack, and I didn’t know what to do, so I searched in the area for a repair place. This place popped up, and so I decided to give it a try. I called and they mentioned they’re right next to Planet Fitness, so off I went. When I arrived, I entered the elevator along with a gentleman in a spiffy suit. I commented that we were both going to the 3rd floor. He then asked how I broke my phone. «I dropped it,» I responded, but was puzzled, and asked how he knew what I was there for. «What else?» It turns out he’s a repeat customer, and I could see why when I entered. The staff is very quick with their repairs.

I contacted them on Unilocal and they were very responsive and helpful. Came in immediately and in less than 15 minutes there were done. I looked at a couple other places around this area and they were more expensive and took longer. Happy I came here.

I desperately needed a place to replace my corroded charging port on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, and these guys did a great job.
I walked in on a Sunday, and they examined my phone and also suggested that I have the battery replaced due to the issues I was having with unusual battery drain.
I had been quoted a price of $ 79 for the charging port replacement, which is actually less than they normally charge. In spite of this, they still honored the quoted price, in addition to the Unilocal coupon. The total for both repairs, came to just over $ 140, including the discount from the Unilocal coupon.
My phone now charges, and I’m very satisfied with my service. Thank you!

Do not come to this place. If you *have* to come to this place, CALL IN ADVANCE to get a quote, confirm your quoted price IN PERSON, THEN tell them that you purchased their $ 5 for $ 10 Unilocal deal.
I made the mistake of leading with «I have a Unilocal deal for $ 10». They then jacked up the price by $ 10. The price on their site for a iPhone 5c screen repair is $ 89. I was told that since my LCD is broken too, the price is $ 110. Someone else who walked in with an iPad Air was quoted a price of $ 110 for a screen repair but when they diagnosed it as an LCD problem, they said that it would cost $ 120 instead. How could the incremental price of an iPhone screen be $ 20 when the incremental price for an iPad Air be just $ 10?
They also charge you a $ 4 convenience fee for paying with card, so it’s effectively cash only.
Terrible service, hidden add-​on charges and utter lack of integrity.
