When you give your Insurance ID over the phone, you’d think they would run it to see if you’re covered. But instead they didn’t call you back, nor did they call to confirm your appointment. Upon arriving, they say that there may be additional costs in addition to your Out of Pocket. AND that they would charge 3% for using your Flexible Spending account(because they use Square), and they’d like to transfer the cost of doing business to their clients(not patients). Nope.
