As a lender, I think the way Kookopa operates is amazing. They came to my apartment to take pictures, do the measurements, etc. at no cost! They were very patient, thorough, and pleasant to work with. I was worried about my precious little dresses potentially getting damaged by the borrowers but they assured me that they will reimburse the full retail value if they can’t repair it. I have full trust in them and am excited to lend more dresses (as I can’t stop buying more dresses somehow) in the future!
