This agency habitually uses the «bait and switch» method which is FRAUD. My agent’s name was Reginald Ferguson and he was so rude and disrespectful. I had to look him up on their website because I could not believe he actually worked for the company. He sent me a list of «available» units of which I selected four to view. I knew something was wrong when he had me meet him in a suspicious location nowhere near any of the units I had selected and when he arrived he said they had all been taken but that he had a couple others to show me in a shady area! I cancelled the appointment immediately! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

I had a negative, unprofessional experience with Sharon Cohen of the KWNYC and The Cohen Group.
If you are black or non white use a surrogate to do your realty transaction with this broker. Ms. Cohen wanted us to use her banker and mortgage broker and explicitly said the deal hinged on this per the seller – though we were already qualified through a major bank and had established a working relationship with a mortgage broker with past purchases. That on its own is not a red flag, maybe not illegal, but it turned out, every professional she referred us to in her network happened to be Jewish and it felt in retrospect like race was an issue for her and her primary focus was giving her network business.
I believe she used our offer to drum up interest in the property and had no intention of putting the deal through where we had any real chance of competing. She had little follow through, didn’t return calls, and strung us along just enough to seem like she was doing her job for the seller.

from Keller Williams on Monday — Through e-​mails, I could tell he was really nice and would go out of his way. We met yesterday and we looked at 3 apartments — very hard to find good ones but we are not giving up — only the beginning!
Cristian even came to my apartment to better understand what I have and what I need, and measured the rooms. I thought that was really nice.
Very friendly but professional — I believe Cristian is going to go out of his way to help me, which I really need. I highly recommend him.

I worked with Ryan Olsen on a lease takeover for my apartment — he was amazing!
My husband and I both worked long hours, making it difficult to coordinate showings and talk with interested tenants. Plus, advertising on Craiglist just gets messy and you’re competing with hundreds of posts per day.
Ryan was great about scheduling showings and open houses, always keeping up interest in our apartment. In only a couple of weeks, new tenants were approved and we had a huge weight lifted from our shoulders. He helped us save about $ 5k, seriously, this guys is our savior!

I just signed my lease today (yay!) and had a great experience with my brokers Neil Jordaan and his partner Ryan Olsen. Apartment hunting in NYC is generally a nail-​biting-​jading-​anxiety-​inducing-​full-​contact sport, and I could barely believe that within an hour of meeting Ryan I had fallen in love with a place on the UES and was applying. Over the previous two days I’d seen 8 other places through another broker, and nothing came close to the 1^st place that Ryan showed me. Even then, he still took the time to show me other apartments in that building (that I liked even more) even though I’d have applied for the first one I saw.
He took time to get to know what I wanted, and didn’t waste my time showing me apartments that weren’t exactly what I was looking for. Then, he and Neil walked me through the entire process, and even hand delivered my application to ensure I’d have the first spot amongst other applicants. Ryan was also present at today’s signing and both of them responded really helpfully to my (at times) neurotic emails all weekend long because I was so worried and excited about this.
They were both incredibly fast, professional and friendly and made what can be a really scary process soooooooo much easier. Thank you, guys!
