Stephen was very professional and was grade A in customer service. He knows what he is talking about and I would definitely recommend him than any other place. The beauty of how this works is they come to you. Whether at a store or your home. He repaired my phone at a Starbucks. He asked some simple questions. Did some simple diagnostics and tested my phone before and after he replaced the whole front screen on my device. I was fortunate to have Stephen work on my device because I was skeptic at first. Now I believe in Icracked and will use them again for my future problems (if any).

The best service I have ever had! Very prompt and helpful. Explained in great detail the repairs being completed. I will be recommending him to all my Soldiers and Friends. Will never use another repair service for electronics, cell phones and IPads. AWESOME
