Super luxurious items – fixtures and plumbing for your bathroom and kitchen. One of a kind handles, knobs and what-​nots imported from England, Italy and Germany. Garners ONE star only because the price points are for the RICH. I’ll have to wait until I hit PowerBall before I shop at this store.

I purchased a floor model vanity from Gracious Homes with the help of Tony, the manager of the location. I told Tony that I was on a deadline and that I would need the vanity ASAP, and he assured me that an inclusive unit would be delivered within 1 week. This was inclusive of «everything.» Instead, only the vanity itself was delivered without faucets or a drain. It took weeks of calls and emails to get a set of faucets, and a drain (I had to pay more for the drain, even though I was promised that it was an all-​inclusive price) and I ultimately had a functional unit three weeks after I was promised delivery.
The unit was delivered broken. The bottom of the unit was cracked and the legs looked as though they had been pulled off without being unscrewed. I had bought the model «as is» because it was a floor model, so in the store took the time to make sure that it was in good order. The unit was broken after I purchased it, and before delivery. It took 20 days of Tony promising to do something, and 5 separate emails, for him to offer me a tiny refund considering the size of my purchase.
Deeply disappointed. Avoid. Or if you go, make sure you are comfortable with your item (1) not being delivered on time and (2) not being delivered as promised.
