Don’t use them. They sent someone during a time when I repeatedly told them I could not be home and then told me they «had a note» that I couldn’t be there but the technician was early so they sent him anyways. They then told me all I could do was reschedule but they didn’t have another appointment until a week and a half later and they couldn’t guarantee that the technician wouldn’t show up when I couldn’t be there again. I then told them I was going with another company but they repeatedly keep calling me to reschedule anyways.
