I’ve been working out with Feliciano for about 6 months. When we started I was suffering from shoulder pain and mobility issues. I had been seeing a physical therapist and chiropractor without resolution. Feliciano was able to identify the issue as a weakened and inactive muscle group and fix the problem with specific strength training over the course of a month or so. Since then, I have made strides, both functionality and with muscle gain. Feliciano is very knowledgeable about anatomy and understands how to use exercise to help you reach your goals. His approach is holistic, so not only does he encourage you to push your limits, he also incorporates mobility, stretching and proper form to make sure your workout is not only challenging, but also safe. Feliciano is a great trainer for anyone trying to reach a fitness or body goal.

Obsessed! I used to do 4 or 5 classes a week mixing barre, spin, trx and circuit training; I thought I was in pretty good shape but I was wrong. Feliciano has completely changed my body, improved my endurance and corrected muscle imbalances and I only see him twice a week. All of his sessions are planned in advance and structured to be a full body workout. Every time I train I can see improvement. He’s always on time and never cancels. Everything you want in a trainer.

I have been training with FTC for over a year now and the results are awesome. Feliciano know how to design and manage my program including diet, workout strategy and out-of gym programs to obtain results. I’m 10lbs lighter than when i started with him and notably stronger and healthier on all fronts. Would recommend for anyone looking to improve their overall health, their strength, fitness, functionality and nutrition. The full package.
