I found Eileen through a professional event. She was so warm that within minutes of hearing her profession I told her one of my biggest fears, not knowing my passion in life. She quickly calmed me down by letting me know that some people are passionate about a specific field and some are passionate about a specific skill. I was impressed that Eileen had taught me something so simple and something I have never heard before. I then scheduled my first session. Eileen helped me look into myself and showed me that even at 26 I have developed great skills. She gave me confidence about myself and helped me learn that my skills were transferable to any industry. As a result I have embraced my current job fully. With Eileen’s help I have taken more of a leadership role. Going to work is now exciting. I’m forever thankful to Eileen.

It is a tribute to her methods that it feels as though I came to find my new career path almost entirely on my own — her goal is to arm you with the tools that you need in order to direct your own life and career in the direction that is best for you, rather than tell you what direction to go.
To say that Eileen was helpful would be an absurd understatement. Her guidance and insight has been invaluable to me in not only my career advancement, but in my understanding of self. I truly can’t overstate how grateful I am to have found Eileen and would spend the time and money ten times over.
