Unsanitary practices, counting coins then making coffee, dropping lids then picking them up and using them. On the occasions I witnessed these things I spoke up and the servers both corrected their behavior reluctantly. During the incident with the change the server went out of sight with my coffee and I was afraid to drink it. So sad, we really need a good dunkin donuts over here.

I recently visited this DD after a few months since I am hardly in the neighborhood in the morning. I ordered an iced tea with lemon. I requested that they go easy on the ice and when I got my order, it was warm with no ice. When I asked for a bit more ice, the staff responded with an attitude. This used to be my favorite DD on NYC because it was staffed with people from the community who were upbeat and went out of their way to provide excellent service. On my recent trip, the staff were entirely different and they made light of getting orders wrong. I will not be visiting this location any time soon.

Dunkin Donuts. Oversized coffees, no restrooms, stale glazed donuts. Would recommend the coffee only ~ seems like the only thing the medical staff from across the street come to order.

Bagels are stale they need to stop being cheap and remove the day old bagels. Other than that they’re just as good as any other dunkin donuts.

Stale coffee, rude staff and slow service. Not up to the DD standard.

I am from FL and I love DUNKIN Donuts, I am hardly ever disappointed. I went to this location for the first time this morning and got two bagels toasted with cream cheese. I am so disappointed, both bagels are stale and difficult to swallow. They taste like they are a week old and I can barely rip them apart with my hands because they are so hard. Seriously? I can’t even.

I’m happy to have a DD in my hood for a quick fix of their coffee. However, their donuts are sub-par. Any donut that you order is seasoned/specialized on only one side(the top side) of the donut. This even includes glaze. It’s obvious in the coconut-type donuts — the top has a skimpy amount of coconut, and the bottom(ie, the one you DON’T see as it’s being displayed) is completely plain. Glazed donut or chocolate-glazed? Same thing. Only the top half is glazed. GLAZED only on one side! Really?! C’mon DD, don’t treat us patrons in the city like we deserve less than the burbs. I know what a real DD donut is supposed to be like, and it’s not this!
