For the past eight months I’ve been taking Karl’s weekly TRX/​Kettlebell/​Crosstraining class at the 23rd St NYSC. I’m stronger than I’ve been in years, just from taking the class once a week! The best thing about the class is you have so much fun you practically forget you’re busting some serious ass, until you feel it the next day of course. Karl keeps everyone entertained and motivated and will also tailor the training to your particular fitness level. He elevates the training for the people who can handle it or modifies it for the people who feel uncomfortable doing something. I highly recommend his classes to people of all fitness levels.

I have always been interested in TRX training. Karl one day invited me to try his class free of charge and I was hooked. I have done personal training in the past and it didn’t even come close to the workout I got in that first class. Unfortunately before I could sign up for his class I injured myself running and was on the sidelines for about 3 months. I ran into Karl again when I was able to get back in the gym and he told me a new session was about to begin. This new session started early May it is now late June and in 5 classes my cardio endurance has SKYROCKETED… I have not done any cardio because of my injury, I just started running again and its like I never missed a beat. Karl is a great teacher who wants you to push yourself but also has the patience to teach you the right technique so you get the best workout possible.
