an employee there gave me an attitude over a sauce which i asked for at the register, that girl is ratchet and looks like she works there just to support her drug use. that addict made me lose my appetite and i had to ask for a complete refund, horrible experience, i had to travel to broadway where there is a bk there that i would absolutely recommend. the burger king at 3451 broadway.

This Burger King is full of Junkies. Yesterday I witnessed the security of the restaurant sit at a table while people sold pill to patrons of the restaurant. I have taken pictures and definitely foward them to the corporate offices. The corporate offices should strip the owner of this restaurant. The bathroom smell like a sewer plant. People constantly selling stolen items from fellow stores around that they steal from. It left me to wonder if the owner of this burger King is having people steal from other stores and have them sell items to customers while they eat. I don’t want to buy toothpaste while I’m eating my cheeseburger. I wanted 2 call the cops so many times. Drug dealing dogs in the restaurant, panhandling, and a low life of a security guard. I was there at 11am Wednesday never ever again go to McDonald’s

Pros: free WiFi always seats available to sit and eat.
Cons: only 1 door opens. Numerous people begging for money or selling random items. Non customers using the bathroom to use drugs. Very loud environment.

Horrible. Horrible customer service. Long wait. Workers moving as if they are in a bad falling slow motion dream. However, the worker that made my whopper Sunday afternoon put love in it. It was well made and tasty. In defense of the workers, good customer service can be challenging. People are very rude. Although, we (customers) had been waiting for fries a long time.

I have eaten at this Burger King on and off over the years. My most recent visit yesterday was my last. Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a Caramel Frappé. I have ordered this same drink at McDonald’s, and Dunkin Donuts. I know what the drink should look and taste like. What I received from this place was not even close to what a frappé is supposed to be. When I complained the staff shrugged their shoulders like whatever. I ended up asking for my money back. I then went down to a McDonald’s a few blocks away and got what I wanted.
Avoid this Burger King at all costs. If they cannot properly make a drink. What other shortcuts are they taking with your food?

I recently walked by this burger king and and saw a sign in the window stating that the restaurant serves lunch items in the morning. They had a picture of different burgers one was the bacon cheeseburger deluxe. The picture of the bacon cheeseburger deluxe looked really good so I decided to get one. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger deluxe and the assistant manager named Jr told me that the sandwich was not available in the morning. I asked him why they had a sign stating it was. The manager Jr told me it was his rules that there will be no sandwiches like that in the morning only the biggest sandwiches will be served in the morning. This is false advertising because if they didn’t have those pictures in the window I would have never went in the restaurant. So much for Burger King’s customer service.

I just ordered a 2 Whopper Combo meal with a Piña Colada Smoothie and boy oh boy they did well at 1st me and my Girl were iffy about having BURGER KING deliver our food thinking they would either forget something or mess up the order as in NO mayo or add cheese but they did very well everything was correct plus it came with 2 bottle 24 oz sodas instead of the fountain cup which would definitely tilt over while driving or riding a bike here but they did exceptional plus it said it would take atleast 40, 45 minutes but it came in about 15,20 minutes tops. So 2 thumbs up with that whole DELIVERY process BK have it your way! Lol oh yeah that Piña Colada was on the Money (good), try it. Seriously and if your in the mood add some RUM as a shot or whatever drink you desire and it’ll be like a dinner at Dallas BBQ’s lol enjoy!

It’s a waste of a meal to eat at BK in NYC. Sorry, but it’s a fact. I need to give them that the service compare to some other BK I’ve been in is fast. In this Harlem location, BK is ridiculously huge. I mean Church-​big! Guess what, there’s 2 one room bathroom for all the guess! What’s up with that? It’s huge like a church! how about creating some decent size bathroom for the BK-​Church people?!

They have new soda machines that can dispense 5 different flavors of Powerade and put flavor shots in any soda you get. The service is slow but the employees work hard on keeping the place clean.

I am a fan of its walnut cranberry chicken tendergrill salad… It may also be healthy! The Mac&Cheese is new but not as good as KFC, Apple Fries are just apple sticks although caramel sauce is solid. I do want to try the enormous omelet sandwich and crossaint, but I know how high calories thay have!
