Bike And Roll NYC

I’m in town for an extended weekend, and this is my last full day. My girlfriend and I decide to take a bike ride down the Greenway beginning at the West Harlem Piers utilizing Bike and Roll. We called ahead, made sure there were bikes available to rent at that specific location — we were told there were.
When we arrived at the address, we just saw 3 storage/​shipping containers with the middle one having a Bike and Roll sign — I should mention here that all three containers were closed up to our surprise and bewilderment.
So now what? We call Bike and Roll to make sure we’re in the correct location, she basically just tells us the address to the location and says there should be someone there, we reassure her that there was no one there and that the space is closed up. They, again tell us that there should be someone there, and were rushing us off the phone giving zero f*cks as to whether one of their outposts was manned. There is no direct line to the location, and the operator was 100% apathetic to our predicament, leaving us to scrap our plans for a bike ride down the Greenway, in exchange for close to an hour on the subway trekking downtown.
TL;DR — We called. They said they had bikes available. Shop was closed. Zero f*cks were given except two big ones to Bike and Roll from my girlfriend and I.
