Fast turnaround time, high quality, and reasonably priced. We’ve used Best Value Copy to print our holiday letter for the last two years. Full-​color, double-​sided prints on glossy 32# paper for about the cost of a first class stamp. One thing to keep in mind is that the print is WYSIWG (PDF only) so if you want a margin on your document you need to include that yourself.

Run! Don’t walk. Incredibly poor Experience. When placing the order, I called them 3 times to make sure it would be non– collated, hole punched and double sided. Spoke to Imram. Copies delivered yesterday. Not double-​sided. Called toll free # and they Assured me they would check into it and call back. No return call. Called back today on this time sensitive project. Received email saying they are not going to correct problem even though I was instructed to key the order specifically as imram advised. Now I’m late on the order and will have to resubmit with another company (despite having an order history with this company). Left feeling like they are a fly-​by night outfit that has lifted # of employees with negligible experience. Pissed!

Best Value Copy charged me twice for an order 5 weeks ago. I have contacted them several times requesting a refund and have yet to receive my money. They just keep sending the same message — «sorry for the inconvenience, *such and such* department has been notified of the problem». How about actually refunding money that you did not have permission to withdraw in the first place???

If the prices and fast turnaround seem too good to be true, that’s because they are.
First, when it came to placing an order, I submitted my request via email instead of filling up the automated form. As a newbie to the site, I did this hoping to get some clarity on which options I should pick. I ended up being bounced between several CS reps who all gave me different advice, hindering the process of my order.
Next, despite the 24/​48-​hour turnover they promise, it’s been 5 days and repeated calls and emails have either jettisoned me straight to voicemail (regardless of the time of day), or netted me vague responses and false updates. I’ve watched the deadline for this print project fly by and I still haven’t received my delivery.
Take your business elsewhere!

Terribly customer service, as they do not respond to repeated email requests. When I finally talked to them, they provide false information as to order status. My order was supposed to be 2 – 3 business days to ship and it has been 5 days and they haven’t shipped. They keep saying it will, but nothing. Note that many times I called and simply placed on an automatic hold, wait five minutes or more, and then it says no one is available and sends you to a voicemail.
Will file a credit card dispute. Take your business elsewhere to a trusting company.

I am very happy with the quality, customer service, and speed with which I had my copies in my hands. While my job wasn’t so urgent that I had to use a local copy shop at cut throat rates the sooner is always the better and the sooner is what I got.

Excellent printing quality and fast turn around. Order was place on-​line and it seemed pretty flawless. The only service I was unhappy about was the optional «folding». My job required legal size paper and I specified it be «letter» folded. I thought this meant it would be folded to fit in a standard #10 envelope. Instead, it was received as a tri-​fold, which would have been fine if the job was printed on 8 ½″ x 11″ paper. But folding a legal size page (8 ½″ x 14″) in such a manner totally screwed up my mailing. I had to refold the entire job. Live and learn. I’ll use Best Value Copy again if they can fold legal size paper to fit a #10 envelope. If not, I may need to go somewhere else… which would be unfortunate because you can’t beat their price!

Ordered a copy of my manuscript on Friday…300 pages single sided and double spaced cost me only a little more than seven dollars (unbinded). With the shipping it came out to about 22 dollars but that’s still a great deal less than making copies at FedEx or UPS or even the local print shop. The manuscript was delivered the following Tuesday, so the shipping was fast, but since I live in NYC not entirely surprising either. Will recommend and use again for sure.

My nonprofit needed brochures and posters for several events. The price for color printing was so high I went to my boss asking if I could use the company printer. She told me about Best value Copy and the rest is history. There is simply no drawbacks to this company. They are fast and the work is good. The paper selection if outstanding for the price. Once I uploaded the wrong PDF size for the item ordered and they called me within minutes to help me fix the problem. Now we say, «Give a man a fish you feed him for a day, tell him about Best Value Copy and he will never ask to use the company printer again.

I’ve ordered from them twice. The last time I took too long to finish adding items to my cart and had to start over forgetting to double check that a part of the order was to be printed in color. Even though I made the mistake they fixed the issue for me without a hassle. Great prices too and its so easy to print with them if you design your own items because its digital printing. What you see on your screen is what you get. No fussing with bleed margins etc. I’ll be using them more in the future!

What great customer service! I accidentally ordered part of my order as black & white prints instead of color, and when I contacted customer service via email, they got back to me within 24 hours and corrected it. Maybe I’m jaded, but I feel that doing something like that is very rare these days.
The prints came out great, and they were delivered in a timely fashion. To top this all off, you really can’t beat the price Best Value Copy charges. I will definitely use them again!

Highly recommend this company both for customer service and product quality. Have been using their services over a year now for our club newsletter. There have been zero problems with our orders and only good things to say about the experience. Frequently I’ve had to edit the order once it’s placed and the company reps have all been happy to accommodate. Pricing is reasonable. In fact, last year they lowered pricing on some of the finishing. Who does that these days? Only good things to say about Best Value Copy!

My prints were perfect. I had 11×17 color prints made and the cost was like 1⁄3 of what I had been paying at a local printer! Plus the quality was better. To top it all off I ordered enough and got free shipping. Can’t beat that I won’t have my prints done anywhere else.

My experience with Best Value Copy was pretty good.
Good things:
— I ordered invitations that printed 2 to a page and left them a not asking to discuss cutting them to size and they did it for free for me.
— the paper and printing look pretty good.
— VERY inexpensive, my total order cost $ 20 including shipping.
Not as good things:
— Turn around time was a couple days longer than expected.
— There was really no communication even though I left them a note when ordering asking to discuss something.
— The invites aren’t cut exactly perfect — there’s a white line along the edge of most of them. Probably I just needed to make invites with some bleed area, but it would have been better if they’d cut a little into the side of the invite a little. Still, they did it for free so I can’t complain too much.
I think I willmost likely use them again in the future.

Been using this company to make a bunch of color copies and so far so good! If you spend over $ 125, shipping is free so i always make sure i spend the $ 125. there are always a bunch of random email specials like if you spend $ 100, you get $ 5 amazon gift card.
What i like about this site is the ease of use. there are a ton of copy centers with websites but very few you can just place your order online without calling to ask a bunch of questions blah blah blah. Granted, my print jobs are super easy and all i need is a low maintenance print shop for basic color copies. If you spend over $ 125, then this place is cheaper than copy places that i have been able to find. color copies on 20# paper are $ 0.09 each. i’ve been getting 24# paper and i believe the copies are about $ 0.10 each.
One order was on lower # paper than I had ordered but they refunded the difference when i called.
oh you can always ask for a proof of your copy but you’ll have to pay the shipping to your location.
