I saw her at the Soho office and it was horrible! I have chronic ear issues and she told me «some people have bum knees and you just have bum ears.» Do yourself s favor and don’t another doctor?

I had a visit at the CPW location relating to tonsils and a follow up call to discuss lab results. I didn’t have to wait any longer than the usual amount at any doctor’s office. Staff were courteous and friendly, including the doctor; office was nice. She listened to my concerns and spent time to discuss them. On the phone she spent time with me answering my questions. I can’t think of anything to complain about my experience and i felt the doctor was nice, confident, knowledgeable and able to explain things well.

Dr Le is amazing! I went in for a consultation on a recommendation from a friend after I had been diagnosed with sleep apnea. I ended up getting a septoplasty-turbinectomy, followed by a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy several months later. Both procedures went great. Dr Le has a very comforting presence. Answers and addresses any and all of your questions and concerns. And makes you feel very safe and relieved. You know you are good hands. I was especially nervous about the tonsillectomy as I had heard countless numbers of HORROR stories dealing with the long recovery process from that operation. My post-op experience was nowhere near as bad as many friends I’d compared notes with, no vomiting, no dehydration, no severe pain… and I have to deduct that it was all due to Dr Le’s efficient operating style to minimize the amount of post-op pain(or the her excellent choice of prescription painkillers). I would not hesitate to send anyone and everyone to her. Also she has convenient uptown and downtown locations and is easy to reach and quick to respond should you have any emergency questions or concerns(really important when you’re recovering from surgery).

I’ve seen Dr. Le twice now, and I still don’t quite know if I like her or if I think the whole office is just trying to rush you in and out. Each time I have been here, the whole staff has been hustling around and being very curt with patients, which I didn’t appreciate. I had to wait about 15 mins in the exam room fot the doctor each time I was there, and even then, she spent MAYBE5 minutes with me, which felt extremely rushed. Jury’s still out on this one. I definitely would not recommend this doctor though, despite her extremely high reviews on ZocDoc.

Dr. Le spent a total of maybe 3 minutes with me. She did not listen to my symptoms or the core problem. I’ve experience headaches, vertigo, and severe fatigue for nearly 6 months, and all she said was that I have a deviated septum that I was born with and to have surgery to correct it. She also recommended a CT scan. She began to walk out of the room, and I had to follow her with more questions. I then received her bill, which was $ 300 more than a nearby ENT that I went to the week after and liked much better.

«Uh-oh, we are in serious trouble. Not only do you have an aversion to listening to me but you literally can’t hear me. «said I to the husband. :) A friend mentioned the name of Dr. Thuy Le and we ended up seeing her at her office on 20 East 66th Street New York, NY10065. Yes, she does work in multiple locations and the great thing with her is that you can schedule the appointment online and it shows the available dates. It was a quick and a pain-free appointment and husband even ended up with a prescription for his allergies as the doctor noticed that he has some allergies, compromising his cillae. He came out smiling and I couldn’t help but quip:“Now that you can hear, our only problem is listening. I wonder if Dr. Thuy Le has a cure for that. » :)
