Nice size gym for residents. The equipment is always in working order, and they keep it clean daily. Only $ 50 per month, which you can’t beat in NY esp given the convenience of it being in the building (esp on snow days). I never find myself waiting for the next machine, but that may be b/​c I go during the day while people are at work, most of the time.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they no longer have music piped in through the speakers. Not too big of a deal since I listen to my iPod most of the time or watch the TV on the treadmill, but still would be nice as an option for those who forgot their iPod or are tired of their playlists.
