This place should get zero stars. I called to have a sprinter van for 13 people, which was for international co-​workers. For most of my co-​workers it was there first time in NYC. The sprinter never showed up. I spoke to guy prior to my available. He even gave me the drivers cellphone number. I called the 1 – 800 number and driver more than 50+ times. Then, an hour after the pick up time, I get a text message that stated «I can’t make it»… They charged my card, and never showed up. This was the worst service ever. Beware of the decent prices they will quote you… I knew it was too good to be true.

When I needed JFK airport transportation I went with the advice of my boss and called Amazing New York Limo Service for my ride. I definitely took the best way. There was an accident on the Grand Central and the driver knew about it and just how to avoid it. He got me to JFK right on time.
