Don’t be fooled by Shanna’s beautiful smile and sweet demeanor, she’s a devil in disguise! As she cheerfully counted, I sweated, huffed and puffed, groaned, and moaned my way through her Booty Bootcamp. I was taking this class because two months of the holidays’ «No Calories Left Behind» Program left me with a figure that was unable to be zipped into a dress that I had wanted to wear to dinner. I needed intervention STAT. Enter Shanna’s 360Fit. The Booty Bootcamp consisted of a series of different exercise designed to target different areas of your body. She always changing up the exercises and she’s terrific about finding alternative exercises for you to do if you can’t do one. I can’t do push-ups because it puts too much strain on my wrists, so without any fuss she gave me different set of stuff to do. I love the fact that she doesn’t go crazy and pushes you too hard. I’ve had trainers that worked me too hard and I ended up with inflamed tendons, where then I had to take two months off to heal. That totally defeats the purpose of exercising. She’s not easy on you and you are pushed, just not pushed to the point of injury. The best part of taking Shanna’s class is that at the end of the class, she goes around to each person and stretches them out. That feels soooo good. The next day, I realized it was indeed a Booty Bootcamp because my booty was so-ore! My abs hurt too; I couldn’t put on my shoes because I couldn’t bend over. This was all temporary as the day after, I was fine. I could tell that I got stronger because the following week, I could do more and wasn’t as sore. Definitely recommend taking one of Shanna’s classes. I can’t wait for summer and be able to do Booty Bootcamp outdoors!

I bought a deal on groupon that allowed me to take 3 classes at 360Fit for a mere $ 25. Having not worked out in over a year I jumped at the offer. I was a little nervous as the class I signed up for was a) on my only day off(Saturday) at 10am and b) titled bootcamp. When I got there, I was happy to see that the studio was clean and the owner/trainer, Shanna was very sweet. Class started and as I expected I could barely finish it. Although I was probably the most out of shape in the class I didn’t feel uncomfortable or discouraged(which is important to me). I’ve been at 360Fit for a few months now, and am very happy with my progress. Although I wish there were more classes during the week, the two days I am there I get a great workout. Shanna is great, the studio is great, and so are the workouts. I can’t be happier when I’m there and I always leave sweating! I HIGHLY recommend taking a class or two, or three… you get the jist.
