Roma not only guided us all the way through the process of buying our home but she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that we were completely satisfied with every step along the way. She was always there and accessible whenever we needed her — she was always one step ahead, arranging everything for us. We were buying an older home and there were many hiccups… it’s on a hillside near the beach, we were not happy with a retaining wall that was failing, several trees were of concern, there was an easement, and a neighbor was infringing on our property amongst all of the normal small things that come up when buying a new home. My husband and I are both working professionals with little time on our hands. Roma went above and beyond researching for us, setting up appointments with engineers, arborists, inspectors, etc. She wanted us to be informed and happy with our purchase and she took very stressful situations and made us at ease. In the end it was her negotiation skills, patience and thorough follow through that closed the deal for us. She fought for what we wanted while always being cheerful and positive. We closed with the best best deal possible and couldn’t be happier with our home, she’s gained our trust for life.

As a first time home buyer I didn’t know what to expect, I just knew it would be a huge undertaking. Roma made everything easy and got answers to all of my questions.
